MADE IN NEWARK was a exhibition of Cole's early works presented by The New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2017. This image, depicting the artist and his sister on the porch of their first Newark New Jersey residence, is a 1980 color pastel based on a 1959 black and white family photograph. It is 24 x 36 inches and printed on an acid free semi gloss paper.
